Some principles relating to the protection of the environment

Environmental protection has been developed through different principles. These principles, applied by interpreters and legislators, even if in different ways from one country to another, can harmonize the subject inside the European Union, to make it dynamic and flexible. The culmination of the development of law and jurisprudence is also represented by the imposition of criminal sanctions, indicating greater social disapproval, and about the valorisation of the precautionary principle and preventive action.
