Abstract:
Photomodulated absorption spectra of layer compound InSe for some
values of the applied surface photovoltage are reported and discussed on the basis of the available theoretical models. Exciton parameters and an accurate value for the energy gap are found by means of a detailed analysis of our normal absorption data.
