Academic recruitment in Italy. University system and legislation on university competitions in politics, public discourse and administrative proceedings (1945-2015)

The PRIN project 2021-2022 aims to outline a historical, political and legal profile of the academic recruitment in Italy in the period between 1945 and 2015. Three main aspects will be analyse: the normative-legislative and parliamentary one, the one related to the public discourse about university (which founded, and still finds, one of its privileged placed of application in the different modalities of recruitment) and, finally, the sphere of application, in particular in its pathological feature, that of judicial and administrative disputes.
