In an increasingly complex and articulated, technologically advanced society, the need arises to investigate the newly emerging criticality profiles concerning both the relations between sovereign states and the lifestyles, habits and needs of individual political communities, according to an approach that makes it possible to highlight, in a diachronic key, the relationship between values and principles, on the one hand, and borders (geographical and ideals), on the other.
The research group aims to deepen the relationships between space and time according to a multidisciplinary perspective.
The variety of scientific sectors involved makes it possible to trace a common thread capable of enhancing different areas and contexts, combining a research approach that is both theoretical and practical.
Only senior and junior researchers are involved within the Department of Political and Legal Sciences.
Each member contributes to implement the research lines drawn according to the skills referable to their scientific sector.
The initiative undertaken will lead to the publication of a collective volume.
