Francesco Ciraolo graduated in Law with academic laude at Messina University in 1995, discussing a thesis in Civil Law. In 2000 PHD in “Diritto delle imprese in crisi”, at University of Naples, Federico II. In the same year post-doc fellowship at Messina University, Faculty of Economics. In 2005 he became a Researcher in “Diritto dell’Economia” (IUS/05) at Messina University, Faculty of Economics. In 2011 he became Associate Professor in "Diritto dell'economia" at Messina University, where, since 2021, he holds the role of Full Professor. His scientific activity - mainly focused on Banking Law and Financial Markets Law - has produced three monographic studies and several minor works.
