Her contribution has focused on the statistical processing of the collected data, from research design to the application of appropriate statistical methods to answer research questions in the field of child neuropsychiatry. This collaboration has resulted in scientific articles published in internationally renowned scientific journals, in which Angela Alibrandi is the sole author with statistical expertise.
• She is a member (biostatistician) of an international research group that focuses on multidisciplinary issues related to "The Relationship between General Oral Health." This research group, which draws on the presence of various professionals such as general dentists, periodontists, orthodontists, and biochemists, has been in collaboration with the University of Naples (Italy), the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill (USA), the University of Messina, and the University of Catania (Italy) since 2015.
• She is a member (biostatistician) of a research group studying "Endocrine-metabolic disorders and obesity-related disorders in the pediatric population," coordinated by Professor Margorzata Wasniewska of the University of Messina. Her role is to provide statistical support for scientific research and clinical trials, from the planning and design phase of the research process to the coordination of the statistical analysis of the collected data. Her collaboration, which began several years ago, has led to a significant number of publications, a significant number of which are the result of multicenter and interdisciplinary collaborations, in international peer-reviewed and impactful scientific journals.

Professor Alibrandi's contribution has been instrumental in defining the study design and in the statistical analysis of the collected data.
For over a decade, Angela Alibrandi has been the biostatistician of reference for the "Hepatology-Oriented Medicine" Research Group, directed by Professor Giovanni Raimondo, former Full Professor of MED/09 at the University of Messina. This collaboration has led to the production of numerous scientific papers, the results of which have been presented at national and international conferences and published in peer-reviewed scientific journals, some with very high impact factors (e.g., Journal of Hepatology, Hepatology, etc.), where Angela Alibrandi is the only author with statistical expertise.
