Curriculum vitae of the prof. Roberto Amagliani

He graduated with honors in April 1979 from the Faculty of Law of the University of Messina.
On 7 January 1987 he took up employment as a permanent researcher of Private Law Institutions at the Faculty of Law of Catanzaro of the University of Reggio Calabria. He was confirmed in the role in 1990.
In 2000 he obtained the role of associate professor in the Faculty of Law (now the Department of Law, Economics and Sociology) of the Magna Graecia University of Catanzaro.
In 2002 he assumed the role of full professor.
Since 1990 he has been assigned the Family Law course as a substitute and, subsequently; that of Private Law Institutions. In 2002 he obtained ownership of the latter teaching (E / N Chair) which he held until May 2020.
At the Mediterranean University of Reggio Calabria he has been teaching the subject of family law since academic year. to 2002/2003 to the academic year. to 2012/2013.
Since 1.6.2020 he has been working at the Department of Political and Legal Sciences of the University of Messina where he currently teaches Private Law, Private Law (advanced course) and Family and Minors Law.
At the UMG of Catanzaro he held the role of Coordinator of the Degree Course in Law, Director of the SSPL, head of the Research Center on the private law activities of the Public Administration and member of the Doctoral Board.
He is currently a member of the Doctoral Board in Public Administration Sciences at the relevant Department.
He is part of the scientific committee and the evaluation committee of numerous journals and series of legal studies.
He is the author of monographic works, essays and articles, many of which have been published in A-level magazines.
He is included in the list of first-level professors eligible for the ASN.
