Abstract:
We report data from our multicenter, prospective study, involving eight Italian centers in which cardiac and carotid parameters were
tested for predictive value of CAD undergoing clinically indicated coronary angiography. The addition of both cPL + eCS data on top of FRS appeared incrementally useful with higher AUC and improved reclassification (p b 0.01) compared with the addition of only one of these two parameters over FRS.
