Abstract:
The catalytic behavior of (VO)2P2O7 in the oxidative dehydrogenation and oxidn. of decalin, tetralin, tetrahydrophthalic anhydride, naphthalene, 3-methyltetrahydrophthalic anhydride, and C6H6 was studied in order to assess some basic key catalytic properties of this catalyst. Possible surface pathways in the synthesis of phthalic anhydride from pentane were discussed. [on SciFinder(R)]
