Modelli variabili latenti per la valutazione della soddisfazione degli utenti del servizio di trasporto pubblico

The aim of this paper is assess the importance that the users of urban public transport to give different aspects of the service offered by referring to two different settings of an analysis that focuses on interpretation (Lisrel) and one in the forecast (Partial Least Square Path Modeling). The model relates to perceived quality of urban public transport service with the offer dimensions.
