STAGLIANO' Raffaele

Raffaele Staglianò is a professor in corporate finance at University of Messina (Italy). Previously he was assistant professor in finance at Montpellier Business School (France). He holds a PhD in business administration (University of Toulouse 1 Capitole, France). He teaches courses on corporate finance and entrepreneurial finance. Raffaele’s main research interest is in the field of Corporate Finance with a focus on corporate policies, corporate governance, work conditions and financial implications, and entrepreneurial finance. He has published in journal such as Human Resource Management Journal, Journal of Business Ethics, Journal of Business Finance & Accounting, Small Business Economics and R&D Management.
