GIUFFRIDA Marianna

MARIANNA GIUFFRIDA graduated in Law at the Messina University with the highest mark on the 30th of June 1987. Since the 31st of January 1991 she has been admitted in the register of the lawyers of Messina, in the special section for the University. She has been PhD. She has been researcher from 1.11.1991 to 31.10.1998. She has been associate professor from 1.11.1998 to 31.10.2000 and since 1.11.2000 she has been full professor. She teaches: Agricultural law in the Master's degree course in Law at the Department of Law of the University of Messina, Messina headquarters, and Agri-food business law in the Master's degree course in Law at the Department of Law of the University of Messina, Priolo headquarters; Food System Law in the integrated course of Food System Law and Marketing in the degree course in Gastronomic Sciences of the same University; Food legislation in the specialist degree course in Food Sciences and Human Nutrition, also at the University of Messina.
She attends to the national and international congresses.
She is member of the managerial council of the AICDA
She is member of the IDAIC, of the AIDA-IFLA, of the AICDA, of the CeSET.
She is member of the Agriculture Law Review editorial unit.
She is member of the Direction unity of the review Agriculture Institutions Markets
She is member of the scientific Committee of the Food Law Review on-line
She is member of the technical-scientific committee of the Nebrodi Park.
She collaborates with the most important scientific reviews of the sector.
She is being the Director of the Messina University Civil Law Department for the three year periods 2007/2010 and 2010/2013.
She has been appointed Coordinator of the Bachelor's Degree Course in Law for the three year period 2015/2018.
She was elected member of the Executive Board of the CSDA (Scientific Community of Agricultural Law) for the three-year period 2024-2027.
She is the author of two monographs and of more than one hundred issues.
