Use of spectroscopic techniques such as Fourier Transform Infrared absorption (FT-IR) and Raman scattering aimed at the chemical-physical study of the structural and dynamic properties of supramolecular systems of biophysical interest with particular attention to cyclodextrin-based host-guest systems with suitable solubility and stability for their application also in the pharmaceutical field as well as in nano-sponges systems based on cross-linked cellulose nano-fibers.
