Abstract:
The Author search the presence of Campylobacter in fresh and frozen thigs of frog for sale. He observer the lake in them of classic Campylobacter, while showing the presence, in 4 cases, of stocks with biochemistry characteristic in relation to C. upsaliensis. At the last he dwells upon hygienic and sanitary implications which the report involves.
