On finitely generated commutative hypergroups

Some notions of group theory, such as pure subgroup and dimension, are extended to the hypergroup context and several results are found (some by some rather technical proofs) for commutative finitely generated hypergroups, determining, in particular, the structure of those which are r -hypergroups (i.e. for all x , |C _H(x)|=r) .
