La sostenibilità nella distribuzione assicurativa

The paper, starting from the recent regulatory changes that have led to the integration of ESG factors into the field of insurance distribution activities and, in particular, analyzing the introduction of sustainability risks in pre-contractual information on IBIPs, as well as the inclusion of sustainability preferences in the regulation of conflicts of interest and suitability assessment, aims to highlight the main theoretical and practical issues arising from this integration in relation to the pre- existing regulatory framework.
