LA FASCITE NECROTIZZANTE DELLA PARETE ADDOMINALE. DESCRIZIONE DI UN CASO CLINICO.

The Authors report a case of abdominal all necrotizing fasciitis in a 51-year-old weman. The patient presented with severe septic shock, pain and signs of intiammation in left quadrants. Objectively we observed the presence of local oedema with diffuse subcutaneous crackling. The patient underwent emergency operation with multiple incisions of the skin and subcutaneous tissue followed by debridement of fascia, excision of all necrotic tissue and daily applications of antiseptics. It has been also associated an antibiotics treatment and hyperbaric oxygen therapy which lcd to the solution of local and systemic symptoms.
